
James Plummer
Dr. James Plummer graduated from California State University, Chico in 1996 in International Relations. He went on to obtain a physical therapy degree from Fontys Hogescholen Eindhoven, a top physical therapy school in the Netherlands, in 2002. Most recently, he received his Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2011 from the Institute for Evidence in Motion.
Since then, he has gone on to receive advanced manual therapy training in the treatment of both low back and neck pain. This has included hands-on instruction with world-renowned experts in the field. He also has advanced training in soft tissue mobilization, taping and neuro-muscular reeducation.
James derives his greatest professional satisfaction from facilitating his patients' achievements of goals utilizing education, manual therapies and functional training. Outside of work, James enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters, as well as cycling and fishing in and around Northern California.

Dr. Ally Kotalik, PT, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Dr. Ally Kotalik is a 2010 graduate of Ohio University's School of Physical Therapy’s doctoral program. She has gained experience through internships in some of the best hospitals and rehabilitation facilitities in the country. She completed extensive continuing education with some of the most published physical therapists in the country on the treatment of spinal disorders, balance dysfunctions and movement disorders.
With a strong background in neurological rehabilitation and exercise physiology as well as an ongoing interest and training in manual therapy interventions, Dr. Kotalik provides a broad spectrum of patients with the best care currently available. She helps patients with neurological diagnosis wanting to improve their daily function, geriatric patients with balance deficits, high level athletes trying to overcome an injury and everyone in between with getting back to living their lives in the most unrestricted way possible.
Dr. Kotalik treats her patients as individuals with programs specifically designed to help them meet their unique needs but backed with the best evidence available.
In her free time, Dr. Kotalik enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, exploring the outdoors and staying active.

Patty Ashley
Patty Ashley joined Table Mountain Physical Therapy in November 2011. She graduated from Gonzaga University in Spokane, WA with a B.A. in History and recently moved to Northern California. She has worked in a number of office settings, including a community theatre office and a commercial real estate appraisal office. Patty takes pleasure in working in a support capacity within the office environment.
When she is not at work, Patty enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as exploring the Northern California area with her husband and two dogs.
