Dr. James Plummer, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT
James Plummer graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the California State University, Chico in 1996 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapie from Fontys Hogescholen in the Netherlands in 2002. He became a Board-certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist in 2012. He completed a certification in manual therapy from Evidence in Motion in 2017 and in 2019 completed his fellowship training. He has been teaching in both residency and fellowship programs for the Kaiser Permanente Graduate Education Program since 2019. He has also served on faculty with California State University, Sacramento and Baylor University. James is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists and has a special interest in the treatment of spinal injuries.
Dr. Adam Voss, DPT, CSCS
Adam Voss is a long-time resident of Butte County and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from California State University, Chico in 2017. He subsequently graduated with his doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from California State University, Sacramento in 2020 and during his graduate coursework also completed his Strength & Conditioning Specialist certification. He has strong interests in general strength and conditioning, manual therapy, and treating a wide range of patients with orthopedic diagnoses.
Adam spends his free time with his wife and two sons and enjoys fishing, reading, and DIY projects.
