Dr. James Plummer, DPTFirst, thank you for taking the time to "meet" me!
Having the chance to help you is the biggest part of what I love to do! Imagine a job where you get to see the benefits of helping people recover their lives everyday, this is what I get to do! It makes going to the grocery store in our little town a heart-warming experience. I am frequently stopped by many former patients who are excited to tell me about what they have been able to return to doing because of what we do.
If you want me on your healthcare team, you will have one of the most clinically skilled therapists in northern California in sports, orthopedics and manual therapy. I have received board certifications in both sports and orthopedics. What does that mean to you? It means I am pretty darn good at getting people back to life. Be that the young mother with back pain, the football player with a bum shoulder or the recent retiree itching for his next round on the links. You won't find this set of skills anywhere else north of Sacramento. Or you will find those skills somewhere between "Crazy" and "Awesome".
So how do I get you where you want to go? The answer is you. You're the leader of your team and being inspired and dedicated to do to work that lies ahead. My role is learning about you and using my "know-how" to get you where you want to be.
You know your body. I know how to coach, inspire and deliver you where you want to be.
Again, thank you for "meeting" me. I look forward to hearing more success stories and hope they will be yours.
